We get to know your project when you share photos and dimensions of the space hosting it. If your project is on the exterior of the home, we’ll also ask for you to share pictures of homes neighboring yours.
Using our understanding of your style preferences, your design pro will prepare initial ideas and concepts and present them to you for feedback during an initial consult.
Your design pro develops your project concept into an architectural work with sketches that show the direction of the design, allowing you to offer feedback during your second consult.
Your design pro’s final work product for your project, delivered to you via email. Depending on your selected design package, deliverables may include dimensioned drawings, photorealistic renderings, or product schedules.

The term vernacular used in an architectural context means a particularized design type or style. Often used to describe regional design (think Southwestern design style versus New England design style as two different vernaculars,) it can also be used (as we here at myVernacular use it) to describe an individual’s design style and preferences.
